Like, I don't feel Noelle's story is any lesser because it goes right back into Drakengard. Hina and Yuzuki, too.

If it was really a direct Automata sequel with all A2/2B/9S it would feel unnecessarily restrictive to me as a setting

Beat it for the first time last night and started NG+ right after the credits, it's that good!
