i just ugly cried at the last episode of #Adolescence. Stephen Graham portrayed his character’s pain and love so powerfully that my heart ached. i lost it at that teddy bear scene – it was so raw and real

i think one of the takeaways from the show is that parents can do all of the above (be present, not judge etc) yet still be unaware of what’s going on in their kids’ online world. 1) it’s so easy to hide and 2) kids themselves might view social media and the physical world as two different realities

last point: congratulations america, drug dealers officially have more rights since the IRS isn’t required to disclose their drug money (yes, drug dealers need to pay taxes too)

i don’t condone illegal immigration but it’s absurd for the govt to happily take their money all these years only to pretend like they haven’t been a contributing member of society
