Point: They are exactly the same salute.

Humans like this rely on plausible deniability to get away with it long enough for actual power to be well in hand.

No excuse for not seeing it.

None.

It's so scary. I'm not even in the US and I couldn't sleep at all.
All the people saying it wasn't a n@zi salute ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I don't usually like greens but that colour is so rich and beautiful.

Today is just going to be a day of recovery. I hate how I need to do that, even after doing something that was fun.
There are a few interesting events today that I'd love to have gone to, but it's just not possible.
I've not even got dressed or spoken more than 5 words so far ๐Ÿ˜ž

Can you claim the money back if the return train journey you booked was cancelled and you had to get a later train in the UK?
It was only an extra hour but it was a change of plan that made me even more exhausted than I usually would be.

Managed to make it to Hebden Bridge yesterday. I'm absolutely exhausted today though. I don't have many words.

We are going to Hebden Bridge tomorrow.
I've never been before and always wanted to go, but as usual the night before, I feel like I'd prefer not to.
This always happens, even the night before Disneyland.
I assume it's anxiety but I never can tell. I just know it's not a positive feeling.

I went to an autism group thing run by the NAS and it was very male heavy. I was sat there being spoken at for 2 hours ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Yes, it was from Boots in the UK. They sell it in Super drug too. They do have their own website though, but it's about ยฃ9 a tube.

There are loads of flavours! It's quite expensive online but in the shops they sometimes have offers on.

That's all there is near me too. I've attended twice but it's just a group of people all talking at the same time. I was just sat in my noise cancelling headphones because I couldn't deal with the layers of sound ๐Ÿ˜ž

A disabled person might be โ€œableโ€ to do one thing on one day.

Maybe they wanted to.
Maybe they had no choice and had to.

What it does not mean, is that theyโ€™re suddenly able to do it all the time, or that itโ€™ll be โ€œeasier next timeโ€.

โ€œAbleโ€ is repeatedly, reliably, and safely.

My first instinct when I see an animal is to say "hello"
My first instinct when I see a person is to avoid eye contact & hope it goes away!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

A pump bottle of Hismile toothpaste in a dark blue bottle. The flavour is Blue Raspberry.

I found this toothpaste on offer at Boots the other day. I've always wanted to try it because I don't enjoy brushing my teeth at all, but it's quite expensive online. I got this and a cola flavour for ยฃ4.50 each!
I really like them as they don't make my mouth cold like mint does.

Managed to have a bath today!
The gaps between them get longer in the winter as the sensory issues are much worse when it's cold.
I'm currently under the duvet trying to regulate but I feel clean and it feels good.

I'm going to be attempting to go back to college in February, just for a few months on an Animal Care course. It's only for 16 weeks but animals have been the one constant throughout my life and the only thing that makes me really happy.
Hopefully I gain a bit of confidence and structure in my life

Medium support needs autistic is an odd place to be.
Too autistic to work and have friends but not autistic enough to attend a day centre and get any decent support.
I just don't know what to do these days.

What am I supposed to do for a TMJ issue when my NHS dentist is now private only and I cannot afford private?
Gum shields do nothing for me and the issue is affecting not just my teeth, but my eustachian tube.

Iโ€™m an advocate for routine health checks for๏ฟผ Autistic adults to be offered annually in primary care.
I did some policy work a few years ago which persuaded me of the rationale.
Iโ€™ve also discovered from my own lived experience that serious health concerns sometimes get overlooked.

OCD triggers are so weird.
Got a letter for a gas safety check which will be in Feb. Thought nothing of it until I got in bed and started feeling tired. Now my brain is trying to convince me that it's carbon monoxide poisoning and we are all going to die ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Trying so hard to resist the urge to check.

My sensory issues are quite bad anyway, but why in the week before my period are they just unbearable? ๐Ÿ˜ญ

They are so good aren't they ๐Ÿ˜Š I've never been to one before but I'm definitely wanting to do more of them now.
