Wednesday evening/Thursday morning.

Yesterday I made General Tso chickpeas in the crockpot in the morning. Peppers, onions, garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup, bals vin. Couple cans of garb beans, on low all day. Rice in the cooker when I get home, 20 mins later done. Green onions topped.
Let go of novelty and perfection every night.

Crockpots help, and quick one pan recipes. Pick like 13 easy to make nutritious meals, and rotate them. Buy the groceries for the 6-7meals once a week. Tonight was sheet pan gnocchi (premade), broccoli, cherry tomatoes and beyond sausage, drizzled in Evvo, garlic, 350f for like 40 mins. Done.
