this entire episode at the White House with Trump and Vance ganging up on Zelensky is actually so funny. Trump and his loonies dismantle the carefully orchestrated image of a benevolent empire projected to soothe liberal sensibilities. Trump is not an outlier, this is what the US truly is—a bully.
