The prospect of running main-thread LLM locally is very attractive for a reason to build a dedicated machine. In addition to the security improvements you mentioned.

So far qwen 3.5 plus is working nicely, and apparently you can run a smaller parameter version on a 24gb GPU system.

Fair enough, its good enough for testing. Will move to dedicated machine once I prove its worth it.

What is sketchy about having openclaw on a vps?

So now I built Sprout (Gwen3.5 Openclaw - VPS hosted). My social media manager to help me start warming up accounts and audiences, generating waitlist signups for my app, blog posting, and doing all the marketing stuff i have 0 bandwidth for.

Newbie Flutter / App Developers like me...watch out for networking issues when testing your app over wifi debugging (android).

Spent a few hours on a database connection bug only to find out it was due to my test device being on wifi and my dev machine on ethernet (same network technically)...
