Interestingly, the more companies I get to know in San Francisco, the more I can see the difference in mindset between US and EU.

In SF, it’s all about constantly evolving and trying new things. While in EU, there’s a constant fear of change, therefore a lot less innovation.

For those managing AI plugins, SKILLS, and/or Agents for AI coding:

How do you manage the ownership for each to avoid a mess in your repository?

Ese comportamiento de algunos C-Level es como una especie de "virus" que se expande... Creo que se llama algo así como "quiero dinero de inversores y por eso digo que la IA potencia mi empresa lo que lo está escrito"

What if I tell you, and I just had a call with a friend who told me:

Marcos, using Claude Code I’ve made a change in 2 hours, which I would have measured as 1 week if I did it by myself… and Claude Code dashboard tells that I used $20 🤯

Don't know who thought that sharing an URL with parameters, for such an important and commonly used web page such as the Next Train Departures, was a good idea.

What will happen when that value changes? (Because it will)

Why not use just a subdomain or a fixed path?

Do you use different agents, with different roles, to work together at the time to solve a problem?

What agents do you have, which roles do they have, and what are the SKILLS attached to each?

From Technical Debt to Cognitive and Intent Debt: Rethinking Software Health in the Age of AI Generative AI is accelerating software development, but may quietly shift where the most significant risks lie. As AI generates code faster than teams can understand it, two under appreciated forms of...

For those who actually manage people, agreed 💯💯

For those engineering managers who do not manage people, I think the AI could make their work.

True! Every tab was a bet! But the dopamine started to flow in every single tab, tab, tab, and so you ended with something you don't know if "that works" or not 😅

Do you remember when you were coding with AI by doing tab, tab, tab?

So, does this mean that we no longer need Engineering Managers? 😱☺️

Acabo de ver esta oferta de trabajo.
