Another great class at Internal Work. This morning we spent time going into the details for the Hawk and Rooster shapes from the Xíngyìquán (形意拳) Chinese martial art. We covered some of the movements and techniques from the 'Golden Chicken Stands on One Leg' and 'Hawk Grasps a Sparrow' forms.
