Hi is this still a good place for game devs to game dev or did y'all flock back to twitter?

At my first dev job, I caused a DB outage that lasted for 5hrs. I left a transaction on my DB GUI open unknowingly, I didn't even know what a transaction was lol
Took 5hrs until someone thought to ask everyone to close their GUI clients.
don't give juniors (or anyone if possible) prod access folks
