The original stock wishbone board installed with the PSRAM mod version above it

The original stock wishbone board installed with the PSRAM mod version above it

Oh yeah ha. I should probably mention that.

The reason is it replaces the existing LED wishbone board that's already on there. They don't make reverse mount 1x1mm LEDs so have a separate board to light up the logo and nano header, and it catches the light that bounces back to light up the text.

If you preordered one of these, I should have them out todayish. Turns out they're easier to install than I thought, but I'll have a link to the instructions on the product page before they get to you.

It still blows my mind you can get a 1mm working height pogo pin.

The ALASKAN BULL WORM! PSRAM Mod kits are in.
I was worried about the fit around that flash chip but the vibes-based clearance was so on point you could probably get away with just friction fitting them.

It definitely falls into the category of outsider art, given that I don’t own a synth and mostly listen to poorly recorded acoustic shit.
But if I do this right, it won’t really make any assumptions about anything so it won’t matter

Idk what to call it, it’s like a Matrix Mixer (but cooler because the backend is a Jumperless) with an insane array of 50 3-axis magnetometers so you can plug in knobs or springy door stoppers or Space Mice into the jacks and to control stuff. The functionality is kinda falling out of the design

Haha that's perfect, I just promised the people at the UPS Store my next package would have even more glitter on it.
And yes, I will load up the box with the gayest components I have laying around.

ALASKAN BULL WORM! Jumperless V5 PSRAM Mod Kit 8 megabytes of extra room for activities! Do PCB assembly crimes in the process! The Jumperless V5's RP2350B has 520kB of RAM, which is pretty awesome for a microcontroller. But in the course of scope...

Btw if you preordered one of these, they'll be going out soon.
It took an extra week because I'm dumb and made that pogo pin hole with 0.002 mm of clearance.

Am I crossing a line if I told you I do every layer at a different wonky angle?

It's cool when someone says it looks cooler in person and then realizing I have one of those to look at in-personally

1 month ago 2 0 1 0

Yeah I like it too. I have no way to prove this, but I feel like it makes boards less sensitive to differences in "matte" black soldermask from run-to-run.

I use @elecrow.bsky.social for any production stuff and I will shill them endlessly. They've saved me from my own stupidity quite a few times.

I love how fabs have such low self-esteem.

They'll be like, "hey those silkscreen features are too tiny, our terrible process will turn them into mush" and you say "that's fine, just try your best" and then they fucking nail it every time.

Ooh that would be fun to make giant Multi Layer Fiberglass Capacitors like this.

Do you think they'd be able to parse a 3rd axis column in the position file?

omg it's soo expensive, like $1200 in setup fees. But if like 1000 people wanted a physical hardware shitpost it wouldn't be too bad
