first panel has a man holding a pickle rick t-shirt approaching a cashier at a store called "Lukewarm Topic" that is in no way a reference to any real life store and asking"hey how much is this" and the cashier replies with "4 moths". second panel has the man digging into his pockets for his wallet while his shirt has suspiciously changed to have a real pickle on it (this is a visual gag). third and final panel (this is where the punchline is) shows a close-up of the man's wallet full of cash and him saying"damn" to this.
