▶️ Og endeligt er vi nødt til at spørge hvor effektive og smarte digitale løsninger er, hvis vi tager klimabelastningen med i det samlede regnskab. Ikke et ord nævnt om det i dækningen af taskforcen og negliceres det, er det en svigt af uendelige dimensioner.

Taskforcen, derimod, skal holde teknologien som det konstante. Det er farligt og det er uansvarligt. Noget regeringen burde allerede bemærke sig ovenpå den voldsomme kritik fra Amnesty International om det offentliges nuværende menneskerettighedskrænkende brug af kunstig intelligens.

Det kvantitative mål skal enten ses som en netto løsning. Eller også kan det kun opfyldes hvis den reelle hensigt med taskforcen er øget privatisering. Så bliver det de private aktører, der skal leverer årsværkerne og dermed slipper regeringen for regnskabet.

Er det dét de melder ud? Nej.

▶️ Med målet om nedskæringer af årsværk af disse dimensioner, synes regeringen helt af have glemt, at med nye teknologier følger der ændrede kvalitetskrav, administrationskrav, ekspertisekrav, cybersikkerhedskrav, miljøbelastninger, digitale kompetencer krav osv. Og det betyder arbejdskraft.

most people want a quick and simple answer to why AI systems encode/exacerbate societal and historical bias/injustice and due to the reductive but common thinking of "bias in, bias out," the obvious culprit often is training data but this is not entirely true
