This feels like a trap game. Portland sits back and The Loons will have our highest rate of percentage of possession so far this season in MLS play. Can we break down an English low block? In this, I have no foresight.

Except... We win. Phew.
Is this how Seattle fans feel when they play the Loons?
And he said it so reasonably!
Dieng, back in familiar USL Championship confines, bags a brace. Bench + Twoooonies squeak it out 2-1.
Loons do not rotate for the Open Cup mid-week match. They are too thin right now. Though, Wednesday, we see the bench + a few Twonies. 2/2
With it being the college football off season and early in the NWSL season, I predict the San Diego pitch will be playable tonight. 1/2
Gene was so so good. His possession just was just so calm, allowed the team to stay on the ball. Unlocked Pererya and Chancalay. Ball secure!
Might just take the job from Trapp.
Wait... I'm already wrong. Stroud is out too!
Update: Gene and Nectar go the distance
I had a thought during the last home match... This could be the only time we see him in person.
I didn't want it to be true!
Who's going to wear the armband and lead the lads today?
It will be interesting to see what the midfield looks like without Trapp. Gene starts alongside Nectar. We see Stroud for the first time in the 2nd half and he destroys an LAG attack (there will be many of those).
Part of me thinks that if MSE wants more public money to the tune of hundreds of millions, they need to loosen up!
It reminds me of MLS and the banning of the United Front logo.
The first bus takes more time at each station as it takes longer to load/unload passengers, so it gets behind schedule. The second bus doesn't have any passengers to pick up or drop off causing it to get ahead of schedule.
Its shaping up that the Loons will be worse than they were last year against the best teams, but improved against the rest.
Unfortunately, no Wonderwall this afternoon.
Chants of 'ICE out, James in' can be heard at any point in the stadium.
The new Kennilworth bike trail was lovely! From Dean to West River was slight downhill on wide, new pavement.
I did find the one spot of mud and rocks. Once the street sweeper goes through it will be 10/10
Great! Will attempt shortly.
Thank you for the prompt response.
Is the Cedar Lake bike trail fully open now?????
Every DJ minute is time that should go to an academy kid.
HOW IS THIS A REAL HEADLINE? During the next overnight windstorm, when it feels like my roof is about to blow off, I will be lying in my bed thinking about this headline.
@bencollins.bsky.social Surely, The Onion predicted this?
To be clear, I want Cam to be successful!
A sign that Cam might be the guy before the guy (Cruz)?
If its more defensive, dust off Romero?
Yea, and any DJ Taylor minutes should go to a U22. Try something!?
I hear your roster concerns.
DJ Taylor ain't gonna fix this.
I'm wondering why Romero has been exiled, especially when using a back 3?He can push Duggan more central.
Oh Romero, Romero where art thou?
Remember when AZ was a young up and comer, showed promise, and the Loons shipped him out. Then played Dotson at winger?
Better times than this match.
Now 3 as I type. Yeesh.
I don't feel so good about this one, Dan.
James starts, subbed off around 55 for Bongi
Padelford gets LB nod. Markanich late goal off bench.
