Orban called Magyar to congratulate Magyar - and admitted defeat to his supporters. It's over. Peter Magyar and his Tisza Party wins with such an overwhelming victory that he has two-thirds of the seats in the parliament and can undo Orban's autocratic legalism!
I want the media to confront right-wingers in democratic systems with the fact that they align with authoritarian corruptioneers such as Orbán, Trump, or Putin IN EVERY SINGLE INTERVIEW. This is not normal. We should not treat them as normal democratic actors.
MelonIi, Le Pen, Wilders, Morawiecki, Ventura — all Europe’s far-right have lined up next to Orban to support him in Sunday’s election.
They should be pressured relentlessly over his Russia ties.
