5 am and I had to redo the dressing of my Huber needle line… 🫤 glad they gave me some extra dressing.
Thankfully the needle was still in place.

Since I was awake I googled Huber needle and found out it was invented by a Seattle dentist, Ralph Lee Huber, during WW2. Thanks Seattle dentist ! 😊

In medicine, it’s a matter of balance: not too much, not too little…

Back from my GP. My BP is low because I don’t eat enough salt.
I am not restricting myself but I prefer food not too salty 🙄

Here I am 1/2 an hour later eating carrot sticks with lots of salt… 🥕

It will be served with confit of lamb shanks in white wine (Bourgogne aligoté), mushrooms, pearl onions

Ready for 3 hours at 140° C in the oven 😋
