Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well and having a good Sunday so far.
Just been on a nice cycle run from Falkirk to Edinburgh along National Cycle Network Route 754.
Took me 3 hours to complete the 31 mile route along the Union Canal.
The weather was brilliant throughout the run.

Completed a nice but challenging 36 mile cycling run from #Dundee to #Montrose along National Cycle Network Route 1.
