I’ve been involved in bargains where workers vote up to ban compliance with social media policies. The social media crackdown then gives this more salience.

This uses the cowardice of management and capital and turns it into an advantage for workers.

Of course, this opens up a new form of protected industrial action where workers vote up a ban on compliance with social media policies and basically @ the dictatorship.

The land of free speech in the sense that you will be free of a salary if you speech.

Australian workers are getting warnings from Australian-owned corporations for expressing opinions on US politics.
