From your lips to God's ears!
Here in California we have mail-in voting with no postage required. There is no excuse not to vote here, so it is shameful that we don't have 100% turn out.
Way to go Forbes! You just lost ALL credibility with anyone who is not MAGA - which means with 2/3 of Americans.
This is why, as a California native, I am more than ready to secede. Oregon, Washington & Hawaii are welcome to join us. As the 5th largest economy in the world the US needs us more than we need them. So if the US is going to keep trying to screw us over it's time to leave this abusive relationship
While I generally agree with your statement, I work in immigration law, so probably better that I keep working.
OMG! My 30 year old son is a leftist...and I couldn't be prouder of him.
Someone REALLY needs to primary Schumer! Until then, Democrats need to replace him as leader. He is simply incapable of actually leading.
Disgraceful! It's too bad that there isn't a party with great enough numbers to take on the MAGA GOP. Sadly, our best hope to get rid of MAGA is for progressives to become more active in the Democratic Party and work to primary those who capitulate.
I'm no longer proud to be an American, but I will ALWAYS be proud to be a native Californian.
I'm a born and bred Californian, and I say it's past time for secession. At this point, the U.S. can't offer us anything that we couldn't do better for ourselves.

It's now the 50th anniversary of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. When I was in high school, we were celebrating the 10th anniversary. I feel very old.

I drive a 2005 Ford Focus, and still don't hear vibrating or rubbing. Somehow, I doubt that any Teslas will manage to still be roadworthy after 20 years like a Ford.
AMEN!!!
As a paralegal, I really hope that AI dies on the vine. As someone only 11 years from full retirement age, having my analytical and writing skills replaced by a program would pretty much doom me to abject poverty for the rest of my life.
I finally started a new job not quite three weeks ago. While that IS good news, I am feeling like my 56-year-old brain just can't absorb new information as quickly as it could 20+ years ago. I feel like a really slow, old computer with a hard drive full of useful information but requires patience.
