Hybrid front. It will be based on personnel from the offense but the base defense is going to be 3-4. Offseason is going to be important because we need a nose tackle, safety, a couple of LBs, and a twitchy edge player. Draft might be defense heavy, free agency for WR help

I think the secondary translates fairly well (Hairston, Benford, Bishop). Need another safety. I think Hoecht, Groot, and Dorian Williams translate decently as well. Gotta fill out the edges, IDL, and ideally some more LBs. #BillsMafia

Going to be a stark change on D, that’s for sure. JL’s defense is that hybrid 3-4 attacking style defense. Lot of coverage rotations, blitzing, and more press man coverage. VERY aggressive. Almost the opposite of the defense we are used to seeing from BUF. #BillsMafia
