A recipe for “Quick and Easy Salmon Patties”, calling for a can of salmon, an egg, 1/3 cup minced onion, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or finely crushed crackers. Drain the can of salmon, reserving two tablespoons of the liquid, and combine with other ingredients (except breadcrumbs) + reserved salmon liquid. Shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry. Serve warm.
Oh! Salmon cakes! If you use canned salmon it’s cheap af. While the recipe calls for the bones to be removed, in my experience you can leave the bones in without affecting the texture much. We’ve also had success using potato chips instead of breadcrumbs.

In general, I think nuts and legumes are the way to go. Generally rich in protein and fat. Also if you have canned chickpeas, you can use the liquid from the can (aka aquafaba) as an egg substitute.
Peanut butter is cheap and filling, and I’ve heard you can mix it into ramen.

This is incredible. I don’t know how else to explain this but it makes the moon look so real. I get that’s a funny thing to say but the clarity and the closeness of the image taken by an actual person changes the perspective I think.
The concept of the nuclear family is very, very new, and honestly does not exist outside of a lot of Western societies. Extended families are the norm.

It's long and thin, with mostl greyish brown flecked colouration, and a light brown wing tip and face. The main colours mimic bark and the pale brown at the ends mimic the wood inside at the broken ends of a twig. Perfect camo moth pal.
