It's a shame Beauty's Bagels in Oakland didn't last as a Montreal style bagel shop. It's now owned by Wise Sons Jewish Deli. They were my favorite bagels in the bay area.

๐ Happy First Birthday to Sunset Dunes!
One year in:
๐ 1.7M total visits, 39,000 avg weekly visits
๐ Revenue increases of up to 44% at local businesses
๐ Crashes are down in the neighborhood
And so much more! Thank you for making the parkโs first year so successful! Weโre just getting started.
Unfortunately opponents are in their umpteenth time trying to turn it back into a highway. With more of the same lies
What a misapplication of resources. Embarrassing stuff from the city, they cannot be bothered to provide safe infrastructure for people outside of cars and now want to focus on punishing them www.sfchronicle.com/sf/article/b...
Do they have this broken down by per user?
And per distance travelled?
D4 is very serious about being not serious!
It's an extension of the Lurie memes from when he was really excited that a taco bell cantina opened up in fishermans wharf.
I was talking with a friend, who worked with tech companies on mapping, about this and they said to use komoot for bike routing. It's much better apparently.
Was he on Mar's staff at the time of all that wrangling? I know he was a staffer for him, but unaware of the timelines.
Fandom of content that they don't fully understand.
Can't wait!
Maybe Trump sees dead people and it was the Gipper. Or more likely just drank too much diet coke and had aspartame induced hallucinations. But probably it was John Barron.
Trenton and learning all about Washington's attack on the Prussians during Xmas is the one that comes to mind.
This makes me happy that I run Language Tool locally for myself.
The question was poorly worded imo. It allows for the idea of the compromise to exist. But, the compromise effectively kills it as a park by removing all the amenitie. It stops the ability to actually do the planning for its next evolution as a park.
Not even monkey brains?
This is ridiculous that it happens w/o board approval or some community input and assurances of what and how this will be used.
It's very hard to imagine this wasn't a policy decision - both to start enforcing and then to stop.
The agency says it's hard to cite drivers parking in the bike lane, but did it suddenly become harder in March 2025? No.

This would be such a scenic bike ride. Does anyone know if it's safe?
I hope the measures pass! I do wonder what other alternative revenue sources transit agencies could have in the future. Like maybe if the transbay terminal becomes a true transit hub the businesses there give a %age of their rent goes to all the transit agencies servicing it.
Inverse SB79. If you have enough density you must plan for mass transit... ๐คท
Since I have older sisters, i know her from "Troop Beverly Hills"
Yeah. I'm guessing for the recall they collected ~15k then removed a lot of invalid ones to get the 96% accurate signature count?
This is all so dumb, why does this need to be re-litigated over and over again, and I still think the signature count seems a bit too low, but ๐คทโโ๏ธ...
Is the ~10,000 signature count required to get it on the ballot accurate? It seems pretty low. But I have no idea how hard it would be to gather that many.
I still chuckle to myself when people worry what would happen if everyone decides to flush their toilet at the same time in a new development as a way to oppose it.
San Francisco's need to re-litigate everything
Andor/rogue one
I want the library to have the top floors too. Like a housing sandwich with the library as the bread.
You can't forget his wife Mrs Claus!
