addendum: I am ethnically Chinese and white, and thereby do benefit to some extent from white privilege. So it's not entirely true to say that I am not white, but the important part here is that I am equally Chinese.

I'm actually done being polite about this: if you're a white, non-American person criticizing Americans for not doing enough to stop the far right, I want you to walk to a mirror, look at yourself, and sincerely ask: do I know what the fuck I'm talking about?
