while much of phel's skin is covered with scars, the bits that aren't are actually quite soft; especially his face, as he moisturizes it often (on account of wearing face paint lol)

his skin is often cold, as he's pretty anemic, but he gives nice hugs and is very gentle when holding hands 🥹
