septa is too pricey but uber is not. what if instead we taxed uber 3 dollars and funded septa so it wasn't so unreliable? seems like you would save even more money by just not paying 15 dollars to go a few blocks which already has a bus line.

those boards also look unsealed, not gonna last a few seasons with out warping, swelling, and bio growth on them lol.
The constant cycle of the concept of markets getting thrown out the window when housing is involved.
The Philadelphia Housing Authority has been buying private sector housing all over the city with plans to turn them into mixed income properties. We mapped where their acquisitions have been located so far: www.inquirer.com/real-estate/...
The trick is to be such a regular that you just now personally know all your bartenders and they just fill your double glass to the brim every time.(I'm bordering on being a social alcoholic)
DOGE turbocharged the deficit.

I'd say we are on par with or higher then Chicago. Huston, sanfran and somehow of all places Austin being higher is insane. Also dont trust any site that also forgets to call out the polish, or the huge SEA, African, and central Asian food here, or the lack of the roast pork mentioned.
Driving to a garage to then just take a small clattery bus to work lol.
NEW: A glimpse to what Trump's "restoring sanity" to American history means.
After removing the slavery exhibit from George Washington's Philadelphia home, now we have the panels they want to put up instead.
They include factoids such as Washington buying the people he enslaved theater tickets.
also like we all know this guy is a bad husband but like man being that controlling over you own wife, life ended moment she got married, go jump out that plane girl.
The fact that CHOP says they have to keep making the city worse by making roads wider and blocking bike lanes then building garages all over the city because "septa is unreliable" well why not use all that money and give it to septa to boost service to your building like Upenn next door does.
fleet* damn no edit button.
yup they just pay to have a felt of parking lot shuttle buses to drive up 34th then on U ave.
its this lot here, was built after alot of push back due to how bad the ave is with cars and that this will just make it worse, and it requires a shuttle bus to get to chop lol.
I get and know why they are doing this, but at the same time would be cool to have another bus carrier that isn't awful and seems like they could do it.
As Prices Rise, How Are Citywide Prices Staying Steady?
The Citywide, a staple in a city known for its quick, simple and straightforward nature, has been able to stay the course and remain relatively inexpensive amongst many bars in Philadelphia. In a time where inflation, shrinkflation, and price…
"please come back i swear this is the last time i roll a car."
i mean.... he is a pro golfer, very well known, and trump is known to pardon anyone who asks as long as what you did was really bad and or stupid. I bet trump would love to talk to a the face of golfing if he called.
any gen past the boomers is just vibes starts and ends anyway no one can agree.
first three are still active, the big parking area was a dry dock which was big enough to construct the US new jersey but then filled in for parking so the space could easily be reused, then they have the old floating dry docks still there in their spot which could also be used for space.
www.inquirer.com/transportati... Inky forgot to post this here it seems, bascily just more of the same old bomber cars on the push pull sets we have already but with freaky seating layouts.
yes hello Ed bacon I see your back.
By design it seems blocking the entire sidewalk is the plan lol. Also not to mention all bottom floor garages create a sidewalk level dead zone when walking through.
"The city sucks me dry for 60k a year!" a man who makes 2.6 million and owns a big home in center says lmao, lol. 25k a year on vacations and never cooks always eats out and spends 150k a year on private schooling for his grand kids. sounds like a joke. quite a read with the contrasts in lives.
would be very funny if an old nelsons moved in to replace the wawa
Send this analysis to every single staffer and elected in City Hall. Just painful knowing how much tax revenue and transit ridership the City forgoes every day while continuing to stifle activity through things like small business BIRT enforcement
confusing the trigger with the safety moment, one puts you in jail for a long time the other is barely anything.
