Springy spring has sprung

Out comes the sun, out comes the paintbrush. Spring repaint of garden chairs.
New granddaughter in a baby boat built by a grandfather she will never meet. He has left a legacy that will rock her as he would love to have done in person.
Very good!
Same not Sam!!!
The Sam back to you Sue!
I can’t actually remember where I got it but it was online
Yep - I sometimes freestyle but not this time. I love your work!
Tank top in progress!
Gone early with the Christmas tree to cheer me up through StormDarragh - a power cut can knock out the lights but I will still have my shells to remind me of sunnier days on faraway beaches.
Yep - my late husband.
Saturday win - wrestled king size duvet into cover without swearing. Saturday fail - now I no longer have an official milk sniffer I tested by sipping and it was off.
The tank top is growing which is pleasing but for me knitting is like doing a jigsaw puzzle - the joy is the making process rather than completing it.
Now this taxed my brain- my second attempt at a roast dinner. How on earth did my late husband do it in a boat cooker while drinking wine? So many elements and chicken carving is clearly not my thing.
I’m not a neat baker but I do enjoy it and as long as it tastes good I am happy. Today’s creation - coffee & walnut.
Trying to get an advantage from these weather systems is like adventure chess!

Light in the winter dark at the Lost Gardens of Heligan Noght Garden. Sparkly but not too festive for November!
A lovely chat with @petroc.bsky.social on BBC Cornwall. Check it out on BBC Sounds
Thank you - hopefully it will be a tank top before Christmas
In between knitting & sitting I thought I would join BlueSky - check out the alternatives!
