Humabeins – Zero Generative Ai

Banging a carriage return/line break between each sentence does not increase readability. To believe it does is lazy and is also a misreading of research, mostly by experts in digital accessibility who have done actual testing… more in Humabein, the place for Humabeins.

Verse I – March 16 2026

As a researcher focused on the intersection between human rights and technology

The work sits at the intersection of global events, data, and AI

At the intersection of machine learning, engineering, and science

At the intersection of global sport, government relations and commercial growth.

At the intersection of creativity and data

At the intersection of innovation, scale, and real impact

At the intersection of brand, marketing and partnerships

Looks good.

The hard truth

The value is in knowing WHAT to create and WHY.

{No fucking way!}

AI now saves me hours every week without diluting a single opinion.

But not in the way most people assume…

I use AI to structure my thinking.

The bubble isn't AI. The bubble is us.

{At the intersection of life, death and breakfast}

Let that sink in for a second.

This isn't a threat to writers. It's a wake-up call.

The bar for "good enough" writing just changed forever. If your content isn't substantially better than what AI produces in seconds, you have a problem.

AI won't replace writers.
But writers who use AI will replace those who don't.

Some readers implicitly equate roughness with humanity and polish with automation.

Cognitive offloading avoidance

Let that sink in for a second.

Quietly.

Verse VI of the Never Ending Poem has 'dropped'. Real lines taken from the Ai and BizSpeak communities in the public domain, occasionally laced together with our own lines. Here's a flavour.

Bruce is correct; if someone comes offering you "agentic" gifts, then de-fenestrate them.

The Never Ending Anti-Ai Poem – Humabeins

A new verse in the Never Ending Anti Ai Poem has 'dropped'. I sweated gin to get this done. Someone should probably read it.

Share and Enjoy! as Douglas Adams would say if he'd read it, probably, possibly. That's not the point.

The creative process is richer emotionally than anything Ai can ever produce - timwrite.net - ZERO Ai The process of creativity trumps an Ai production for rich emotional experiences. The Art is the hard fought or beautifully woed the final outcome of that process. Ai privileges speed over creativity....

An appeal to the senses – the ones that Ai does not have – Humabeins

Those two sequential events are beautifully related. They can lift the mind (the soul and the heart) differently, not so much elegantly or authentically (whatever that means) but differently…

Orwell never said it: “It was penned by Kevin Alfred Strom, an American white nationalist, neo-Nazi, and Holocaust denier, in a 1993 essay titled "All America Must Know the Terror That is Upon Us"”

Nicely put. May I add that Habermas wasn't expecting most of the other unpleasant, but very real phenomena of today's politics: populism, Euroscepticism, xenophobia, etc. It's fascinating how he clung to his normative convictions - but also kind of tragic as it made his theories highly unrealistic.

A hand painted figure with a halo sitting and having a bit of a think.

Producing Zero-Ai creative work feels like working in a monk’s cell at the moment. A bit worthy, most secluded, badly remunerated, very silent, definitely solitary, and occasionally drunk on caffeinated ‘tonic’ wine.

And also with you?
