I ended up turning down opportunities I should’ve take and taken opportunities I should’ve passed. I’m likely just being hard on myself. I did the best I could with the info I had at the time. But I feel I was more focused on the immediate than the long term.

To make matters worse, importers are leaving inventory in China ports. Waiting for tariffs to be lowered. If they are lowered enough, there will be a crush to ship them here and transport them when they get here. That will drive transportation costs way up. = More inflation, post tariffs

When we visited DC last year, we got to watch the senate in session. It was depressing. There was one lonely senator rambling on about the evils of EVs to an empty room. Just so the stenographer could put it on the official record. Apparently all true dealings happen behind closed doors.
