A new, rare object!

It's about 2023 KQ14, nicknamed "Ammonite," a trans-Neptunian object (TNO), meaning it orbits the Sun at a greater average distance than Neptune.

With a perihelion of 66 au, Ammonite fills a "perihelion gap" (between 50 and 75 au) in the distribution of TNOs,

My guess is they’ll be able to win in the other areas. The analytics team, coaches, scouting, etc. if you can win those, you can work around the cba issues🤞🏾

Uranus's moons are darkened on one side, Hubble reveals Viewing Uranus's largest moons with Hubble, astronomers hoped to find darkening on the trailing side. They found the exact opposite instead.

Uranus's moons are darkened on one side, Hubble reveals

Scientists expected that the trailing side of Uranus's moons would be darkened by radiation.

When we looked, we found they're the brightest hemispheres of all.

We think we know why!

Jupiter’s auroras visualise where energetic particles hit its upper atmosphere. A paper in Nature Communications shows JWST observations of Jupiter’s infrared auroras, revealing highly variable features and new auroral phenomena. go.nature.com/4dcOsna 🔭 🧪

Thx Darren😎 I'd say 10-20 more hours would be a decent push to improve the low level signal and smooth out some things

It’s unfortunately normalized because of the insecure reaction to not having basic needs met. I hear regularly that immigrants are to blame for crime, housing, etc., & politicians will either allow this discourse or participate for as long as people fail to realize that policy is the problem.

Sinners dropping just 6% in its second weekend merits a much bigger headline than its $48 million opening. It is actual box-office news--news as in "This never happens." Just a giant thing, for Ryan Coogler and for the future of original material.

Watched the movie Elevation. Been wanting to see as it was filmed here in Colorado. Enjoyed it. Interesting concept. Then at the end this happened. They were looking through a telescope. I mean, no one caught the fact the telescope was backwards.
