A new, rare object!
It's about 2023 KQ14, nicknamed "Ammonite," a trans-Neptunian object (TNO), meaning it orbits the Sun at a greater average distance than Neptune.
With a perihelion of 66 au, Ammonite fills a "perihelion gap" (between 50 and 75 au) in the distribution of TNOs,

Here’s what I said at today’s press conference. It would mean a lot to me if your shared and listened. Thank you and FREE ANT! FREE THEM ALL!
My guess is they’ll be able to win in the other areas. The analytics team, coaches, scouting, etc. if you can win those, you can work around the cba issues🤞🏾
I would be if I were on the hot seat 😅 Jeanie’s backing just won’t be enough to save him from immediate scrutiny
No way!!! The Lakers sold 🤯😱
Uranus's moons are darkened on one side, Hubble reveals
Scientists expected that the trailing side of Uranus's moons would be darkened by radiation.
When we looked, we found they're the brightest hemispheres of all.
We think we know why!

The Sun rises over the horizon of the Moon in this photograph taken from the cratered lunar surface. The bright Sun is overexposed with diffraction spikes and lens flares.
#PPOD: Rise and shine! Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost lander captured a stunning sunrise over the lunar surface on March 3. The lander carried ten scientific instruments onboard, all of which operated successfully for a full two weeks. Credit: @firefly-aerospace.bsky.social 🧪 🔭

Jupiter’s auroras visualise where energetic particles hit its upper atmosphere. A paper in Nature Communications shows JWST observations of Jupiter’s infrared auroras, revealing highly variable features and new auroral phenomena. go.nature.com/4dcOsna 🔭 🧪

Mostly belt to ass. Injuries def a factor but Indy was just the better team
This time last year we didn’t know that we were about to be hit with a massive #Solar storm producing one of the best #aurora ever seen over the UK. #Astrophotography #SpaceWeather #Space #Astronomy
Thx Darren😎 I'd say 10-20 more hours would be a decent push to improve the low level signal and smooth out some things

It’s unfortunately normalized because of the insecure reaction to not having basic needs met. I hear regularly that immigrants are to blame for crime, housing, etc., & politicians will either allow this discourse or participate for as long as people fail to realize that policy is the problem.
Sinners dropping just 6% in its second weekend merits a much bigger headline than its $48 million opening. It is actual box-office news--news as in "This never happens." Just a giant thing, for Ryan Coogler and for the future of original material.
You know what they say about a guy with a long photo…

This is a very, VERY big camera. I cannot wait for this observatory to get first light. It'll be *amazing*.
Great way to lean into the credibility of the arrest and fabricate Khalil’s involvement. Jeffries should step down👎🏾
Perfectly wasted Gabe Vincent game 😔

Watched the movie Elevation. Been wanting to see as it was filmed here in Colorado. Enjoyed it. Interesting concept. Then at the end this happened. They were looking through a telescope. I mean, no one caught the fact the telescope was backwards.
