With the auto industry in shock and limbo, connecting communities with quality public transportation is a major opportunity for expanding community resilience amid rapidly shifting political/economic landscapes.

Now is a good time to encourage a swift and mass shift from car culture to a culture of well developed and designed public transportation.

And that arbitrarily cutting taxes to appease a short term political gotcha moment, ultimately undermines collective public good & stability……right…..?

Cross boarder worker solidarity is a very powerful move right now.

What does it look like to support labour in this moment rather than pitting workers against each other?

Unity over division is where power lies for the public to uphold public well-being.
