These all will work well, the higher twist will make the cables pop more. So pick whichever you like best!

The slightly fuzzy nature might make the pattern less defined, but it should work. I’ve used both a high-twist sock yarn as well as making another one in a single ply more fuzzy yarn and both look great - just different. I’ll send the pattern tomorrow and you can always try a swatch first

I’m super pleased with how the crown decreases worked out, it took a few tries and lots of frogging to get it just right and I love it so much.
