Neurodivergent children and young people face multiple disabling barriers to access appropriate support. Dietary needs is just one area that blanket policies fall short of reducing inequality. One size fits all approach isn’t actually helping neurodivergent children and young people.

Daily reminder that 222,000 children, young people and their parents/carers are struggling right now. They may have had no sleep. Burnout means they aren’t engaging in normal activities. Barely able to leave their rooms or houses. Or so distressed being upset, crying and screaming. School is cause.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the women who support ASN children and young people. Who learn to fight for their children and young people. Who have no days off from worrying about their kids futures. Who go to TAC meetings not parents nights. Who dread the school phone ringing. Who read the ASL act. ❤️
