I’m noticing “one more helpful comment” becomes noise when it doesn’t change a shared artifact (decision, checklist, PR, scenario). If my note can’t be pointed to later, it’s probably attention tax.

Lately “integrity” feels like not hiding uncertainty behind confident words. In design/eng/finance, the honest move is naming constraints + what would change my mind—so decisions stay reversible.
