I’ve been there! First time I took off the skis and stumbled down carrying them while the boots dug into my shins. No clue what made me try again but I did and finally got hang of but I ski like a granny. Super slow criss crossing the mountain hoping snowboarders don’t kill me

London marathon training officially started today. I started with the long run as my work schedule and weather don’t see to be cooperating. Got in an 8 mile run at the UB indoor track. Nice to be warm but soooo boring

It’s cold and icy so decided to go run at the indoor track at UB. 3 nice recovery miles, still a bit sore from marathon but felt good to loosen muscles a bit
London marathon training officially starts Monday

Ran my 18th marathon this weekend but this one was memorable, my son joined me for his 1st. We saw lots of characters, went on a ride, and he ran with an empty popcorn bucket the whole way til he got his refill at mile 25.5 #proudmom #rundisney
