The first half of yesterday's 8-miler. At the 3.9-mile point I accidentally hit "Finish" on Strava instead of "Pause", so it's in two parts

We did an 8-miler yesterday and felt like shit afterwards, so to protect April's Springtime Surprise 10-miler + 5K, we downgraded our upcoming Philly 10-miler to a 10K. #rundisney #okjustwalkreallyfastdisney
