Been feeling isolated and depressed, kinda wasn’t listening to the body and I was going to crush my body at the gym to ignore the negative spaces in life rather than accept and react to them.
Been a big boy and given myself a rest day and thought about where I am instead.

Earlier in the week I did an interview for this Men’s Mental Health charity in partnership with a Brain Tumour Charity and the whole experience was incredibly raw and it’s really got my thinking about how I view myself in a different light.
