Serious question. Should we be going out and getting a repeat Covid booster and flu shot? I know neither will be tailored to future variants but isn't an imperfect vaccine better than no vaccine?

I really do not understand the end game here. Gutting vital government agencies to replace workers with people loyal to the regime? I hate it but I understand the agenda. But killing public health?? I’m at a loss for how that helps them.
