I love being angry at the state of things and going doomguy mode and clearing out an area. Cleaning is the BEST and I literally don't think of anything else except pure ragey determination at seeing the space transformed. It's very zen! YEAHHHH. This is how I get my drawing mojo back.

I hold back a lot on my main and just rant here haha. But even here I still manage to hold back somewhat but I wanted to be heard somehow. I feel like yelling "I'm human! I'm not an art bot!" Finally saying it without deleting it for once feels nice. Feels good to be honest.

Follower count literally means nothing. I dunno how people manage to have such a lively healthy following with active interacting followers. If anything, it's all I want from these sites. Connection. I hate feeling like an art bot. I hate feeling unwelcomed for doing or sharing anything else.

What good are tens of thousands of likes on works when posts about your preferences, desires, and opinions go unnoticed? All I'm getting is "Producing art is all you're good for on this site. Get back to work. No one cares about you as a person" and it makes me more bitter as a result. idk.

I still really like HSR but I can't shake this feeling that my identity is so tied to that fandom just because I produced a few popular pieces. But then again it's on me. I only post art with no personal comments. So I get an empty audience who's only there for the art. Okay. I'm starting to get it.

I typed out an incredibly long lamentation about wanting people to see me beyond what I create/HSR but the solution immediately became apparent: If I want other people to know that I have way more interests beyond gacha games, then I will have to (post/create content to) let them know as such.

There's just a bit too many instances of authors and artists being told what to do and how to do it like who the hell even are you to say those things. Can you even produce even a fraction of the stuff they can make? They can't so all they can do is run their mouths. Good on the clapback.

I dunno what's going on but there seems to be a clapback from the east asian side about them 洋人s constantly moral policing media on twitter and I'm all for it. Stifling freedom of expression is the worst thing there is and it's as simple as don't like don't look. It's none of mine or your business.

I see now that adulthood is really what you make of it and doesn't have to be as bleak as people say. I can probably have gone an entire lifetime and miss seeing things this way. I don't want to be sick of being an adult anymore but am looking forward now to "growing" into a cool one. ✌️

It also mentioned how it's completely natural to want to feel like "going back" ie. nostalgia when entering new territory. That feeling of wanting to turn back to the time of safety when things get hard. But when you do new things, it's scary but enriching and that's what makes it an adventure.

I watched a fascinating video essay today and it briefly mentioned how we were fed the narrative that "adulthood sucks/is a rude awakening" and how childhood are simpler times to be yearned for because it's "better". At one point I really hated being an adult. But the vid changed my thinking.

Just by telling myself "hey, you don't have to color this, you can just go lineartmaxxing, " I suddenly am able to draw much better lines and have fun with them ...Also just found out I can "render" with just black and white. So that's how the manga folks do it. I'm just beginning to understand ✨

I'll go back to drawing in a minute if I haven't been so enamored with cleaning and rearranging everything around the house. It's honestly so fulfilling when you see spaces visibly improve before your eyes. "From YOUR very efforts, the world has changed" sorta feeling. Highly recommended.

Yes and just completed ending E it's ABSOLUTE CINEMA. I can't imagine being an og player who had to stick with ending D. Just wanna crie hard at everyone's love and sacrifice for each other. I think it'll be worth it to go back to automata especially since I didn't even touch Emil's content there.

Just completed Nier: Replicant and getting another one of those incredibly rare and precious "I need to sit and be full of wonder and depresso for a week" feeling. I love being alive to experience peak fiction like this. Human art and stories are the best thing ever. I should replay Automata now.
