UK therapist here. I had to ignore that shit! I have sickle cell. I'm still only working online now and it's helped keep me safe & well, so I can be here for my family...

They ignored and dismissed many of our concerns consistently, went through internal upheavals that spoke of massive disagreements with no transparency and rejected motions without explanation. I have no time for a body that has no time for me. You're right it is concerning!
