Analysis into paralysis, or just quiet pondering? At times useful, but sometimes edging towards insanity?
An organisation had about 24 change managers and good ways we could workshop and enhance method, and learn.
Key psych or learning principles and theory at university. Method through experience and Centre of Excellence or peer engagement. Further fine tuned through hands on.
Exhausted hot labradoodle asleep on cool wooden floor.

Getting people to actually use it?
That’s where the real work begins.

I used copilot for a project at home with my tween today. We asked it for a plan, materials, and steps to reupholster our dining chairs. It was easier than watching YouTube. We reviewed steps and tweaked. Structured, very helpful, and happy with the outcome #copilot #aiadoption
When I considered what I could share as a new blog on technology adoption for ENow, what immediately came to mind are the common mistakes organisations make.
These thoughts are shared in a new blog on their Microsoft Adoption Blog. www.enowsoftware.com/solutions-en...
Some days I feel like I'm on a crusade to teach people about Executive Functions. It really does help in personal life and the workplace. It's a positive journey, so I'm happy on this crusade. A bit of general info in my latest blog: www.meganstrant.com/how-educatin...
Today polishing a new intro guide to help workplace managers know more about neurodivergence, workplace obligations and support. Even getting down to things like how an online meeting can impact someone, or key terms to help them be more equipped when someone discloses. So important, and so lacking.
Meeting free day, deadline looming. Diving into the right headspace.
Limited options limit learners. Truly #inclusive and #accessible learning enables everyone to participate. We need to reflect and evaluate. And revamp.
Just wanted a brief video about building more inclusive schools discussing importance of 'casting a disability lens across the school ground, processes and environment'. So many organisations should consider this and review things like physical space along with work habits and workplace learning.
Oh my. Just saw this in Target. Such a bad idea. Do you fill it in and just leave it on your desk? Just... no.
Tech husband recently saw some of my Copilot use and confessed he didn't know some of the ways I use it. Well that's new.. me teaching him something!
I finally got around to creating some M365 Boosts and a blog all about the ways I have been using Copilot: www.meganstrant.com/my-top-4-cop...

My dog fell asleep looking out the window. Clearly not much going on in the burbs today.
Sunset and smoke from safe burning off over regional Victoria.
Daylight savings has kicked in. Dogs are a bit confused.. they're waiting for access to the kids.
You'll still build strength? There's benefit.. surely
Today I am exploring TalentCards, using short microlearning content, similar to TikTok or Instagram, for a grad program. Giving younger employees short content on their mobiles to access anywhere, even if offline, to boost confidence. Definitely value in snippet content just before site visits.
Sunday. Labradoodle style.
Catching up on some research today applying the TAM method (Tech Acceptance Model) to review LMS solutions for a client to innovate their learning from old #M365 videos to watch in a library, to moving to a more interactive engaging solution. I love the tools available these days to drive learning.
From a 2011 article by Mell & Grance: Cloud-based and SaaS solutions present unique challenges for support and maintenance. These service often roll out updates and new features on their own schedule, which can be out of sync with the needs or timeline of users.
What a ride it has been!!!
Recording custom content in their tenant definitely makes it more meaningful and stronger context for adoption. We know generic fails. But it doesn't last. A tough problem to solve! I'm now also incorporating interaction in the content rather than just videos, no matter how engaging.
