#MLS Week 8 gave us a chance to catch up after Week 7 presented some unique MLS results.
+4.64 units and all 3 handicappers with winning weeks.
Let’s go again, Monday and Thursday this week, including Wednesday’s midweek matches.
See you there!

🇺🇸 USMNT World Cup hopeful and Seattle Sounders star Cristian Roldan has now tallied two back to back matches with multiple goal contributions.
The American midfielder had two assists against Tigres and two goals against St. Louis City SC.
The haters are in shambles.
Lowen. What a goal. What a moment.
I’m here for the FC Dallas - LA Galaxy shootout.
WOOOOOO
Matt Wells might be my favorite MLS person not in RBNY.
Real Salt Lake is +105 when they host SDFC, and I think that is worth taking.
🩼 RSL another week healthier from early season woes
🎰 Everything RSL does seems to be working
↘️ The sophomore slump looks real for San Diego
Let's finish this week on a good note! #RSL
Getting this Temu add after the RBNY match is poetic.
Agreed. They don’t need to overload one side when they’re already vertically narrow.
Why can’t we beat this team?
#RBNY
Yes. That is factored in. Still a good bet IMO
FC Dallas is a team I've been in on this season. Almost a bet every week.
This week, I think they beat the LA Galaxy.
💀 LA lost in CCC by a 7-2 aggregate this week
🛌 Dallas had no midweek matches
🩼 Glesnes PROBABLY won't play
Let's not over think this and take the home team at plus money. #DTID
I like the Dynamo to get going this week in Orlando, but I will play the OVER on 3.5 goals instead.
🥅 Orlando has seen 12 goals in 3 home matches
⚽️ Houston has 3/6 games go over 3.5 goals
✅ Orlando has 4/7 gmaes go over 3.5 goals, including both road games
Who wins? I don't want to play that.
I like the Revolution to win this week, but I need that "DNB.".
📉 Crew still being valued too high
🏡 Revs are 3-0 at home this season
🛩️ Crew are 1-1-2 on the road, beating only Atlanta Utd
I think this play has a good value, still plus money for the home team after removing the draw? Yes, please.
The kids want goals.
Over 3.5 to be precise….
Got REVS with the win on the DNB option.
Crew aren’t what they used to be. In Cbus, I still think this is an easy Crew win.
In Gillette, I think this has the makings of a sneak good game.
I heard somewhere that Balogun and Pepsi were the mystery ones.
FC Cincinnati will have Denkey suspended this weekend, making Tom Barlow a target for their offense.
😈 Barlow plays well in revenge games
💰 +250 is too high for a starting striker (+130 goal or assist is also great odds)
I hate rooting for FCC. I hate rooting for Barlow. Yet here we are...
Should have done this to force Luna onto the Olympic squad, TBF.
I wonder how these were decided.
As my second official play, I like RBNY to beat CF Montreal.
❌ last match CFM won by a penalty then bunker strategy
💪🏻 RBNY looks unpredictable this season
🍻+150 is a gift against a weaker opponent
Let's get 3 points this week, #RBNY!
According to these toys from Walgreens, the USMNT shoe-ins are-
Pulisic
Richards
McKennie
Weah
Ream
Adams
Luna
Dest
Jedi
Two question marks
Who was left out?
What’s your biggest surprise?
Remember, we’re marketing to kids, here.
My first official pick this week is Toronto FC on the team total- over 1.5 goals.
⚽️ TFC has 7 goals in 4 home matches
✅ ATX hasn't allowed less than 2 in any road match
💰 The home team is near even money to score a second
Let's get it #TFClive
LAFC vs SJ Earthquakes is a sneaky good matchup. LAFC finally conceded in MLS play, and they also had a much harder midweek (Cruz Azul in CCC).
Could be my “game of the week.”
Seattle Sounders should be tired after playing Tigres, but fatigue isn’t enough to NOT have them favored over St. Louis City.
Neither team has a midweek match next week, so there’s a good chance here that they both go for it.
Real Salt Lake avoided midweek soccer, and are actually off of a Bye week.
We haven’t seen the best RSL- they’re really putting something together.
Minnesota United vs Portland Timbers leans towards the home team. Minnesota did play midweek, which pushes the odds slightly back towards the Timbers.
LA Galaxy got sat down by a 7-2 aggregate score against Toluca. This week, their tired legs head to Dallas.
FC Dallas has a clear advantage. They have fresher legs and should get a win.
The Philadelphia Union has no midweek match, and present as the home favorite. They won last week and have a chance to turn their 0-6 start into 2-6.
DC United can’t be trusted to win, draw, or even score.
Orlando City vs Houston Dynamo could go two ways.
Orlando scored first and sets up the block.
Houston scores and we get a shootout.
I think we’re going to see a huge total in this one.
Both NYCFC and Charlotte FC are 3-2-2 to start 2026.
Home team takes advantage, which is the side I’d take regardless of who was at home.
For NYCFC, that advantage is substantial.
