I get that, and perhaps they did (as far as we know and they could have been issuing investigations w/out much public knowledge which is want Trump should have done), however it would have ruined us completely had Dems cried STOLEN. When neither side believes in the process, then there isn't one.
Concept of scale. 'Plenty of videos' doesn't contribute to millions of votes. I want to believe something happened, too. But I also would prefer Kamala investigate it much the same as Trump did, but w/out using unwarranted speculation & fear like he did (which never contributed to the investigation)

Sometimes it's flat, other times it's not, which is fine. Never realized just how hard one needs to work on abdominals because I'll feel it during exercise, but nothing the next day. The lovehandles are really resistant and slowly strip away hope. Lower back is super unattractive.

My baseline is 120lbs, any lower and my body begins to freak out. Held 120 for 3 months, and have gained about 6 lbs of body muscle.
Already tried losing weight before gaining muscle. I managed 118 lbs last year & it didn't work, had a larger front pudge and HUGE lovehandles. Gaining overall body muscle has significantly helped reduce both.
It was time in my #fitness journey to exhume old photos to gauge my progress. 2012 I was 115 lbs & malnourished w/no muscle. 2022 & 200lbs.
Today, I still have a front pudge and significant lovehandles, so I'm done bulking the top & now working lower 1/2.
Any kind suggestions would be helpful.
