Thekla finalized her new AEW deal well ahead of potentially becoming a free agent.

The new multi-year agreement includes a pay raise. There was an expectation of outside interest if she hit the market, but that didn’t end up being the case.

CMLL has announced that Claudio Castagnoli has signed a dual contract with AEW and CMLL. 🇲🇽

The relationship continues to build, and you can expect more dual-contract announcements from other AEW talent.

A Casino Gautlet match, that provided a title shot, might do it.

While the Owen would undermine his stipulation, having Hangman appear as a random entrant doesn’t belie credibility.

Another way this might manifest is if you are having characters recount an event via dialogue. If that exchange becomes so overwhelmed by the details of this event, that scene might feel very burdensome and cumbersome to interpret.

Try bringing us into the moment itself and see what happens.

One of the biggest issues I see in manuscripts creeps in without authors knowing.

Too much narrative distance (the space between the reader and the characters/events of the story).

Wow. The AI scammers are crazy persistent but this is the first time I’ve seen a threat like this. Kind of like a mashup of the book club scam and those “stop marketing your book or I’ll steal it” fake extortion threats some writers are getting
