Over the past few years, I have heard *a lot* of stories from survivors who were deeply, deeply harmed by a mandate that they participate in restorative justice—especially if an organization’s true motivation to use RJ was to protect a perpetrator’s space in an organization.
If there is going to be a reckoning about violence in progressive organizing spaces, we need to be prepared to hear survivors’ critiques of restorative justice.
A lot of progressives think restorative justice is the only path forward, but it can be weaponized and co-opted just like other processes.

Okay, so I ran with this half-joke-half-experiment and swapped the original latexmk script with the one I instrumented, and here's my CV getting compiled, visualized in a tool I built! This is very silly, but also unbelievably cool!
