Had the absolute pleasure of reading an ARC of this one! Highly recommend for Slavic folklore enjoyers, the FMC is tenacious as hell, and it has great world building which gives a solid perspective on the nature of blood feuds.

I have preordered a grand total of three (3) books this year, and this is one of them. Would highly recommend preordering. I believe this book is standalone, but I also wish I could read "Dark Woods, Deep Water" and "Ghost Apparent" again for the first time, so get on those too!
