Watched through S1 again last weekend, and am half way through S2. I was an idiot and didn’t fully apprecaite this series as a teen, but man I’ve made up for it since then.

Let’s just say a friendship was ruined, the next holiday was _very awkward_, and I never saw the tape again. I did grab a DVD copy years later, and yup, super understood why. Hah.

Now, if I knew the drama that would errupt from this, I would have burned the tape before letting that happen, but I had _zero idea_ what contents were.

Holy crap, ok, get this. I bought Urotsukidoji on a school art trip in London, because it was the #1 selling Anime at the Virgin Megastore. Naturually I didn’t have a tape player that would work, but my _old german grandmother_ said her _best friend_ would be able to transfer the movie.

I was at Spark when this was going down - not on that project, but lol it was never great. Can’t believe they hired the creator of Tomb Raider to be the lead? Like, it will confuse me to the end of my days.

Yeah, the closest mall is in Montclair (which is where I worked at Babbages, hah). Trust me, living in that area during the B&T days was a bit of a constant letdown.

How long has this been going on? I found out I have full on Meniere's after those symptoms. GET TO A DOC (well, a ENT), I waited far too long and lost a ton of hearing because of it. 😬

I want to say some of the d/n cycles are based on story beats, but it's been a while.
