We generally live a very fortunate lifestyle here in the US. I (like many of us) can be really hard on myself at times, really nitpicking myself on my accomplishments thus far, but I'm reminded of how much I take for granted whenever I am back in Thailand.

In Asia, I can speak my mother tongue on a daily basis and disappear into a sea of people who look just like me, think just like me, and understand what it’s like to be me.
However, I miss the US and long for the beautiful mix of cultures that only America has as soon as I’m gone. It’s bittersweet!
I'm taking a trip down memory lane and have been rewatching the original Avatar: The Last Airbender in my spare time. It's one of my favorite shows and I still believe that Zuko had one of the best redemption arcs of all time! 💨🌊🪨🔥
