Won't know once the full Portal rotation is complete (a few days) but that would mean Screeber, Shield, Cascade, Caltrops, and Shroud have been shelved (in Portal activities, they may still appear in specific locations or activities).
Looks like Hypernova, Healing, Meteors, and Shields have returned (they were last seen in Heresy, but could be found in RADs with the modifier active).
Gravity (a Kepler-exclusive Bane) is now available everywhere.
