My symptoms have been pretty low but I’ve been on 6 monthly rituximab infusions for over 2 years now. I have one more coming in a couple of weeks that I hope puts me on the remission train too.

Oh yeah I went through that - diet of yogurt and whatever didn’t sting. The rituximab has kept mine at bay but I’m a little weary of being immunocompromised. Hoping the next round pushes me off meds into remission!

This is my situation. Rituximab has definitely alleviated symptoms for me but DSG3 is stubbornly staying elevated after 2 years of treatments.

One thing I miss from the meta platforms is my pemphigus crew. Going to try and follow a bunch of fellow warriors on here and see if we can get some community going.
