QSNS2026 will be co-located with the 31st IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communications, June 23-26, 2026, Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal.

The third edition of QSNS workshop is a joint initiative of the QUBIP, PQ-React, PQ-NEXT, POSEIDON, QARC, and Q-FENCE projects, co-funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe framework programme on the transition to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) of protocols, networks, and systems.

QUBIP - The Project, Strategic Objectives and Methodology The exciting frontiers opened by the development of quantum computers come at the cost of breaking the foundations of current digital security.

New paper(!) on the "clubcard" data structure that we're using for WebPKI revocation checks in Firefox.

A clubcard is a membership test for an r element subset of an n element set. Size is ~1.13 log(n choose r) bits. Or (better!) ~1.13 Σ log(n_i choose r_i) where i indexes blocks of a partition.
