To this day, perhaps he still does. But now, whenever his hands make contact with a weapon, he begins feeling absolutely dreadful to the point of illness. Something had happened during his time in the fresh ruins of Garlemald that completely shifted his idea of how his eternity should be spent.

For a while, Hadrian believed that his entire purpose was to destroy and come into conflict with everything. He loved fighting, and he loved watching people fight. He breathed and exhaled violence.

Really liked going through the new deep dungeon. Enemies and bosses were engaging, and the additions feel really fresh.

As the fight progresses, Hadrian closely studies his opponents until he comes to understand how best to quickly eliminate each member of the party. One by one, he chain-assassinates them throughout his enrage cast until he's the last one standing.

"Ser Ludovic de Hardouin, bastard and former Temple Knight" is Hadrian's public identity. He came up with it on a whim one day, while donning knightly plate armor on a similar whim. It has since become his go-to cover for burying any hint of his 'Garlean-ness'.

SAME. A fight in RP, rolled or not, is both the outcome and all the hits and misses that lead up to it. It's like some just want to see who wins so badly that the actual writing of the fight itself hardly matters.

As a kid, Hadrian wanted to be a real hero. Knight in shining armor. Shounen protag syndrome.
